• Provide clinical cover across multiple branches within the group
• Act as a link between practices to help maintain high clinical standards
• Induct and onboard new starters into the business
• Facilitate experience days as part of the interview process for new recruits
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to create engaging online training content
• Deliver ongoing coaching and support to the Dispensing Optician team across the network

• Qualified and GOC-registered Dispensing Optician
• Passionate about mentoring and supporting others
• Confident communicator with the ability to inspire and lead by example
• Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and be happy to travel (up to 90 minutes from Basingstoke)

• Competitive salary up to £33,000, depending on experience
