Brand New Optometrist job based near Whiteley offering base salary up to £70,000

Fantastic new Optometrist role at a newly refitted practice open to full or part time applications.

This practice offers brilliant prospects for Optometrists to develop their clinical skills with their strong links to Optegra. The Directors are also highly passionate about leadership and personal development, with opportunities to take on further responsibilities such as Supervision and have funded further clinical courses in the past such as Independent Prescribing.

Equipped with the latest technology in Optics including an OCT, Auto-refractor and Phoropters to ensure the best outcome for their patients

Due to the supportive nature of this practice, this role is fitting for newly qualified Optometrists as well as those who are soon to qualify but also open to applications of varying experience levels.

Based in the affluent area of Hampshire, the practice offers free parking making it ideal for commuters and situated close to many shops, restaurants, and a nearby gym to keep you occupied on your lunch break

Key Duties

• Testing to 25 minutes
• General working hours include 8am-6:30pm Monday to Friday with a later start and earlier finish on weekends
• Full time hours are typically 4 longer days work but negotiable with candidate

Package and Benefits

• Generous base salary £50,000-£70,000
• Competitive bonus scheme with earnings up to £6k extra per year OTE
• 33 days holiday including bank
