We're working with a locally owned, well-respected small animal practice in Waterlooville, currently seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their friendly and experienced team. Whether you're newly qualified or bring years of experience, you'll find this team welcoming, supportive, and genuinely passionate about what they do.

- Purpose-built practice with excellent facilities including 3 consult rooms, separate cat/dog wards, dedicated x-ray/dental room, and access to endoscopy.
- A true team culture: 5 on-site RVNs with access to a wider network of 31 RVNs across sister clinics.
- Flexible working hours (2040 per week) with most of the team working just 4 days a week.
- Only 1 in 4 Saturdays, no Sundays, and no out-of-hours because rest matters.
In return, you'll receive:
- Salary up to £33,000 FTE, depending on experience
- CPD budget of £560 per year + separate cert allowance
- RCVS fees covered
