Pharmacist Full-Time
Location: Southampton
Working Hours:
- Option 1: Monday to Friday, 08:30 18:30 (52.5 hours per week)
- Option 2: 4 weekdays per week, 08:30 18:30 (42 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: £34 per hour
- Full-time (5 days/week): £92,820 per annum
- Part-time (4 days/week): £74,256 per annum
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense and provide pharmaceutical care to patients
- Supervise and support a team of dispensers, ACT, counter assistants, and foundation pharmacists
- Engage with patients to provide medication advice, ensuring optimal health outcomes
- Manage prescriptions efficiently using Titan PMR and Hub Rob tray technology
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and quality standards
Staffing & Technology:
- 2 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Dispensers
- 1 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) ACT
- 1 Full-Time Foundation Pharmacist
- 2 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Counter Assistants
- Robot Technology for dispensing
- Titan PMR system
- Hub Rob for trays
