We're recruiting a Joint Replacement Sales Representative to join a market-leading medical technology team, supporting surgeons and hospitals across Worthing, Brighton, Portsmouth, Southampton and surrounding areas.

This is a rare opportunity to take on a top performing UK territory following an International relocation, packed with key opinion leaders, cutting-edge robotics adoption, and huge growth potential.

The mission

As part of the South East Joint Replacement Team, you'll be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives across your accounts while building long-term partnerships with surgeons, theatre teams and senior stakeholders.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where relationships, expertise and execution make all the difference.

Key responsibilities

  • Grow market share and outperform the competition across the territory
  • Maximise existing joint replacement business through strategic account planning
  • Identify and convert new customer opportunities
  • Build trusted relationships with hip and knee replacement surgeons
  • Become a technical product expert through structured training pathways
  • Lead and support joint replacement procedures in theatre
  • Deliver continuous education and training to clinical teams
  • Collaborate cross-divisionally to unlock wider opportunities

Training & progression

You'll benefit from a clear sales career pathway and one of the most comprehensive development programmes in medtech, including:

  • JR101 certification within your first 6 weeks
  • Progression through advanced portfolio learning (JR201 / JR301)

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience (medical sales ideal, orthopaedics a bonus)
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to build territory plans
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders from theatre staff to C-suite
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, organised and comfortable working under pressure
  • A proactive mindset with high integrity and resilience

Package

  • £42k - £53k base salary
  • £29k uncapped OTE
