• Exciting opportunity for a UK qualified Pharmacist to join an excellent Community Pharmacy as Pharmacist Manager.

• The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual with an ambition to succeed and contribute to maintaining our exceptional professional standards.

• You will be an intricate part of our pharmacy structure, acting commercially and professionally whilst remaining focused on our customers and their needs.

• Responsible for overseeing the daily business operation of the pharmacy
• Drive all services i.e. Flu Jab, Minor Ailments, NMS, Quality Payments etc.
• Managing the pharmacy staff and the inventory
• Exceptional communication skills in advising patients and managing employees

• £25.00/hr-£25.50/hr based on experience and past performance.
• Minimum of 41 hours per week
• Support with IP and development of business skills and knowledge.
• Support with services training if needed.

• Registered with GPhC and compliant with standards for pharmacy practice.
• Maintain a CPD record which reflects personal training needs and encompasses relevant current developments in keeping with the requirements of the profession.
• Good attention to detail and high levels of concentration.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent team working skills.
• Prior management experience preferred as well as experience with developing and providing NHS and private services
