We're looking for a Quotes & Tenders Supervisor to lead a team of specialists responsible for managing some of the organisation's most important commercial activity - from quotations and pricing through to complex tenders and contracts.
And this isn't simply a people-management role.
You'll have the opportunity to shape processes, influence commercial strategy, work alongside Sales and senior internal stakeholders, and make a real impact on how the business wins and delivers new opportunities.

We're looking for a Quotes & Tenders Supervisor to lead a team of specialists responsible for managing some of the organisation's most important commercial activity - from quotations and pricing through to complex tenders and contracts.

What will you be doing?
You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the Quotes & Tenders team, making sure the right priorities are being managed and that submissions are accurate, competitive, compliant and delivered on time.
Your role will include:
- Leading, coaching and developing a talented team of Quotes & Tender specialists
- Managing the end-to-end quotation and tender process across the UK & Ireland
- Reviewing pricing, cost models and commercial proposals before submission
- Working closely with Sales to develop effective bid strategies and anticipate customer requirements
- Managing tender deadlines and ensuring submissions are delivered to the highest standard
- Identifying commercial opportunities, risks and potential compliance issues
- Working collaboratively with Finance, Legal, Procurement and other key stakeholders
- Driving improvements to processes, systems and ways of working
- Managing escalations and finding solutions when challenges arise
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development within the team
- Contributing to wider European Quotes & Tender initiatives
The Role?
- Hybrid Position - 3 days office based, 2 days working from home
- Monday - Friday working days
