The Role
You will take full ownership of the sales process across a defined territory, identifying commercial opportunities, developing strategic account plans, and executing local and regional sales strategies. Working closely with internal clinical and marketing teams, you will drive market share growth and product adoption across key accounts in the region.
Key Duties
- Develop and implement detailed account plans tailored to customer needs across all accounts on territory.
- Provide business intelligence to support strategic planning, including market analysis, competitor insights, and stakeholder mapping.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical KOLs and economic decision-makers, promoting the clinical and financial value of innovative endoscopy solutions.
- Collaborate with clinical support teams to leverage sales opportunities and respond to customer needs.
- Lead on tender preparation and proposal development, liaising with internal functions to deliver high-quality submissions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, supporting cross-functional alignment.
- Support deal modelling and negotiation in collaboration with regional sales managers and commercial teams.
Package and Benefits
- Basic Salary Flexible DOE - £40,000 - £60,000
- Bonus circa £19,000 - £25,000 (plus overage)

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven success in a medical device sales or healthcare commercial role, ideally within endoscopy or a related clinical area.
- Strong negotiation and strategic planning abilities.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow within a dynamic, global business.
- Confidence engaging with clinical and economic stakeholders, from theatre staff to procurement leads.
- A proactive, goal-oriented individual who thrives on building long-term relationships.
