My client is is seeking a motivated Independent Prescriber Pharmacy Manager to lead their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to take a central role in delivering outstanding patient care, and drive service excellence throughout the community of Paisley, ultimately improving health outcomes.
Full training provided for all enhanced services including:
- Travel Clinic
- Vaccinations
- Diagnostic Testing
- Private Services
Key Duties
- Prescribe medications in line with the legal framework and professional guidelines, ensuring they are appropriate, effective, and safe for the patient.
- Make decisions about drug therapies based on clinical judgment, taking into account patient preferences, allergies, comorbidities, and other medications.
- Monitor the effectiveness and safety of prescribed therapies, adjusting treatment plans as required.
Package and Benefits
- Monday - Friday + alt Saturdays - Av. 44.5hrs p/w
- Basic Salary £56,500p/a + IP supplement - rising at 6 month review upon delivering KPI's
- 4 weeks holiday + BH
Key Skills and Qualifications
- MUST be a qualified Pharmacist with GPhC registration
- MUST be IP qualified (or awaiting annotation)
