My client is looking for an ambitious IP Pharmacist Manager who believes community pharmacy should be about more than checking prescriptions and keeping the dispensary moving.
They want someone passionate about using their prescribing qualification - someone who is excited by Pharmacy First Plus, energised by the potential of private clinical services, and ready to make the pharmacy an even more valuable part of the local healthcare community.
This is not a role where your IP qualification sits unused. You'll have the opportunity, trust and backing to use it properly.
The Pharmacy is already very well - established within the community, processes around 4,000 items and has a strong, experienced team.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.45pm
Key Duties:
- Lead, mentor and inspire an experienced, supportive team
- Oversee the safe and efficient delivery of NHS and private services
- Drive the development and growth of private clinical services
- Build strong relationships with patients and deliver excellent clinical care
- Contribute to business success through high - quality service and effective team leadership
Package and Benefits:
- Salary: £66,000p/a (IP)
- 34 days holiday per year (includes public holidays)

Essential Requirements:
- MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
- MUST have GPhC registration
