Based onsite in the pharmacy near Newport, you'll use your prescribing expertise to deliver direct patient care, helping to improve access to high-quality service,s while building lasting relationships with patients in the local community. You'll also contribute to the expansion of clinical services, while benefiting from the diverse and rewarding nature of community pharmacy.
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday. NO WEEKENDS
*Please note: This is not a remote position.
Key Duties:
- Make full use of your Independent Prescribing qualification to assess, diagnose and manage appropriate conditions, delivering safe, effective and evidence-based patient care.
- Provide a high standard of patient-centred clinical care and build strong relationships within the local community.
- Support the continued development and delivery of pharmacy services as part of an experienced and well-resourced team.
Package:
- Salary range based on 41.25 hrs p/w (subject to experience)
- 22 days holiday + BH
Essential Requirements:
- MUST be a qualified Pharmacist with GPhC registration
- MUST be an independent prescriber
- No sponsorship available
