Looking for an IP Pharmacy Manager Role with structure, support and stability

We are seeking an experienced and driven IP Pharmacy Manager (Full Time) to lead a high-performing, high-volume community pharmacy. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Independent Prescriber (IP) to take charge of an exceptionally well-run pharmacy that is recognised for clinical excellence and service delivery.

Is supported by a strong, well-established team:

• Two part-time pharmacists covering 5 days per week, (one of whom is also an IP)
• Strong, experienced support team with ACT support

This enables the Pharmacist Manager to focus on leadership, governance, patient care, and the continued expansion of clinical services alongside the dispensing workload.

Service delivery is central to this role, and the successful candidate will play a key part in developing and delivering NHS and private services while maintaining outstanding prescription service standards in a demanding but rewarding environment.

Monday to Friday:

08:3013:00 / 14:0018:15 = 43.75 hrs p/w NO WEEKENDS

Key Duties:

• Overall professional and operational leadership of the pharmacy
• Ensuring safe, accurate and efficient dispensing in a high-volume setting
• Clinical oversight and delivery of pharmacy services, with a particular focus on IP-led services
• Leadership and development of a skilled pharmacy team, including pharmacists, ACTs and support staff

Package and Benefits:

• Salary: £68,250 - £71,662 (+dedicated IP uplift scheme)
• 4 weeks holiday + bank holidays (negotiable)

Essential Requirements:

• MUST be an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist
• MUST have GPhC registration
• Must have Pharmacy Management experience of leading a team and being service-led
