A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and patient-focused Optometrist to join a well-established, independent practice located near the beautiful coastal town of Deal, Kent - just minutes from Dover.

This forward-thinking, community-focused practice is seeking a motivated Optometrist to work 2 to 5 days per week. You'll be part of a supportive, close-knit team of experienced optical professionals, committed to delivering the highest standards of eye care.

Job Summary
• Access to state-of-the-art technology, including an OCT
• 40-minute testing times to ensure thorough, unhurried care
• Specialist clinics in Glaucoma, Dry Eye, and MECS
• Strong referral relationships with local hospitals
• Warm, welcoming environment ideal for both newly qualified and experienced Optometrists
• Support for further accreditations and training (e.g. MECS)
• Future partnership opportunities for the right candidate

Key Duties
• Available to work a minimum of 2 days a week
• General working hours are 9am - 5pm with an earlier finish of 1pm on Saturdays
• Testing to 40 minutes
• Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
