My client is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager to join their busy, service-driven community pharmacy located in the heart of Lancaster.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who is passionate about and enjoys focusing on delivering high-quality clinical services, supporting a growing patient base, and working within a modern, forward-thinking environment.

You will be supported by a highly experienced Non-Pharmacist Manager, along with an established dispensary and counter team. This structure allows you to focus on what you do best: clinical leadership, patient care, service delivery, and maintaining the highest professional standards.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, enjoys autonomy in clinical decision-making, and wants to help shape the future of a progressive community pharmacy.

Key Duties:

• Provide safe, accurate, and efficient clinical checking and dispensing of NHS and private prescriptions.
• Lead the delivery of a wide range of pharmacy services (e.g., Pharmacy First, vaccinations, weight loss management, ear wax removal etc etc)
• Offer expert healthcare advice and support to patients, ensuring a friendly, approachable, and professional service.
• Work closely with the non-pharmacist manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent patient experience.
• Support and develop the pharmacy team through guidance, training, and positive leadership.

Package and Benefits:

• Salary Range: £61,100p/a - £67,000p/a
• 5 weeks holiday + BH

Essential Requirements:

• MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
• MUST have GPhC registration
• No Visa Sponsorship provided
