With excellent administrative support and a strong ethos around patient-centred care, this is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse looking to work in a collaborative and progressive setting.
Key Duties
- Conduct chronic disease management clinics, particularly for diabetes and respiratory conditions
- Administer childhood immunisations
- Carry out asthma reviews
- Perform general nursing duties including wound care, cervical cytology, travel vaccinations, and NHS health checks
- Participate in health promotion and disease prevention initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records using EMIS Web

- Competitive Salary: Circa £20 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in general practice nursing
- Competence in chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, diabetes, COPD
- Confidence using EMIS Web (or willingness to undertake refresher training)
- Organised and able to manage time effectively in a busy practice environment
