Are you an experienced vet looking to thrive in a supportive, well-equipped, and community-focused practice? We're representing a first-opinion small animal practice near Leicester looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their close-knit team.

Run by a dedicated Lead Vet and Lead Nurse who are passionate about creating a positive and collaborative working environment, this practice with a growing and loyal client base, sees a diverse caseload including small furries and exotics, working alongside a visiting orthopaedic vet to keep things varied and rewarding.

About You:
They're looking for a small animal vet, ideally with 2-4+ years' experience, who brings compassion, curiosity, and dedication to doing the right thing for their patients. If you have an interest in exotics - even better!

You'll have:
• Strong consult and routine surgery skills
• A proactive approach and willingness to continue learning
• A collaborative attitude - we're a team-first practice
