About the Role:

Our client, well-established organisation in Queensland, is seeking a motivated and skilled full-time dentist to work across their two thriving clinics in town. You will be able to work across a 2-chair and a 3-chair practice, both equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, providing a dynamic and varied work environment. As one of only three practices in this thriving town, you can enjoy fully booked appointments with a loyal patient base, leading to excellent earning potential. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in general dentistry, with proficiency in treatment such as periodontics and endodontics. As there are no specialist dental services in town, you will handle a wide range of treatments, referring complex cases to the nearest cities of Townville or Mackay. With a supportive work culture and a dedicated team, this role can offer opportunities to collaborate and grow professionally.

Key Duties

• Provide general dentistry, including preventative care, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, dental surgery and extractions.
• Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures
• Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care
• Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
• Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans
• Foster strong relationships with patients and team members
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
• Providing a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages.
• Maintaining patient records

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate to Australia
• Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
• Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client)
• Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
• Strong experience in general dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
• Experienced dentist with at least 3 to 5 years' experience
• Growth-mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges
