• Experienced Dispensing Optician: You will have a solid background as a Dispensing Optician, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and expertise in frame styling, fitting, and lens dispensing.
• Customer-Centric Approach: The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing the best possible service to our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Team Player: You must be able to work seamlessly within a collaborative team of professionals, ensuring that patient care and service delivery are always at the highest standard.

• Full-time mid-week working pattern, 5 days Monday to Friday
• Multi-site role, alternating weeks on a set rota
• Working hours are from 8:45am to 5:15pm
• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that best suit their needs, lifestyle, and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on the latest frame styles and lens options, including high-end designer brands.
• Ensure the accurate measurement and fitting of spectacles.
• Work closely with Optometrists and other team members to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, delivering a personalized and tailored experience to each patient.
