This SystmOne practice are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their dynamic healthcare team. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive care to individuals and families within their healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, including health histories and physical exams
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
• Prescribe medications and order and interpret tests
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing with an emphasis on Advanced Practice Nursing
• Active nursing license and certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
• Strong clinical skills, including the ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritize demands
• Experience working with electronic health records and other healthcare technology is preferred

Sessional/Hourly Rate

• £35-£45 per hour.
• Depending on experience.

Length of Booking/Number of Sessions

• 2 days a week for a month.
• With a view to potentially stay on.

Days/Dates Required

• Wednesdays and Fridays

Home Visits Required

• Yes

• NMC registered Nurse
