The Opportunity

A state-of-the-art hospital just outside London is expanding its ophthalmology services to provide a comprehensive referral service throughout the area. We are searching for a veterinary surgeon with an ophthalmology interest to join a vibrant team of fourteen vets, including an Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Ophthalmology. Our hospital is equipped with premium facilities like a slit lamp biomicroscope, tonovet, and much more to support your professional growth.

Key Duties

- Begin with a mix of first-opinion consultations and ophthalmology cases, transitioning to a dedicated ophthalmology role as the service grows.

- Open to full- and part-time applicants.

- Full-time is forty hours weekly, with one in four weekend shifts, compensated with time off.

- No out-of-hours work required, supported by a dedicated team.
