The Facility

Situated in Basildon, our client is a 24-hour RCVS-accredited small animal hospital, just 30 minutes by train to London and conveniently close to Southend and Stansted airports. The facility boasts state-of-the-art equipment, including a CT scanner, and has recently expanded to offer MRI, Hydrotherapy, and Physiotherapy services. A team of 14 vetss comprised of surgical and medical certificate holders and those studying cardiology and medicine, work alongside a skilled nursing team and a range of support staff.

Role Expectations

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience with a surgical bias and competence in performing most standard emergency procedures. While an interest in laparoscopic surgery is beneficial, a passion for high clinical standards and the ability to manage complex medical cases are essential.
