Are you an experienced Audiologist looking to take the next step in your career within an established and growing private audiology business?

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Audiologist to join an established private audiology provider operating across 15 clinics throughout the North West.

Having established its audiology service approximately five years ago, the business continues to grow and is looking to strengthen its clinical team with an additional Audiologist covering the Greater Manchester and Liverpool areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining high-quality patient care with the commercial side of private audiology, offering a varied clinical role and attractive earning potential.

The Role

You will provide a comprehensive audiology service across a number of clinics, delivering excellent patient care and helping customers find the right hearing solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting hearing assessments and consultations.
• Hearing aid recommendations, sales and dispensing.
• Providing professional ear wax removal services.
• Delivering ongoing hearing aid aftercare and follow-up appointments.
• Building strong relationships with patients and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Identifying opportunities to support patients with their hearing health needs.
• Maintaining high clinical and professional standards.
• Patient appointments are arranged by an in-house customer service team, allowing you to concentrate on delivering the clinical service and patient experience.

What's on Offer?

• £75,000 OTE comfortably achievable.

Working Hours

• Tuesday to Saturday.
• 9:00am-5:15pm.
• 45-minute lunch break.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Audiologist who is confident working within the private hearing care sector and enjoys delivering excellent patient care alongside achieving commercial results.

Ideally, you will have:

• 3-5 years' experience within private-sector audiology.
• Experience conducting hearing assessments and dispensing hearing aids.
• Experience in ear wax removal.
• Strong patient communication and relationship-building skills.
• A confident and professional approach to hearing aid recommendations and sales.
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent patient aftercare.
• The ability to work independently across multiple clinic locations.
• Candidates with a purely NHS background are not the target profile for this position, as previous private-sector and commercial audiology experience is important.

Location

The role will cover the southern North West territory, primarily Greater Manchester through to Liverpool.

Candidates based in Manchester, Liverpool or the surrounding areas would be ideally positioned for this opportunity.
