Key Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients, ensuring a warm and professional experience
- Assist patients with frame selection and lens options tailored to their lifestyle and prescription needs
- Take accurate measurements and assist in the fitting and adjustment of spectacles
- Handle telephone and face-to-face enquiries, appointment bookings, and patient follow-ups
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the practice, including frame displays and waiting areas
- Support dispensing opticians and optometrists in day-to-day clinic operations
- Carry out basic pre-screening tests using optical equipment (training provided if needed)
- Help with stock management, including ordering and checking deliveries
Package and Benefits
- Salary between £25,000 £28,000 (depending on experience)
- Full-time working hours with no late nights or Sundays

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Optical Assistant in a busy practice (essential)
