A well-established independent employer is looking for a Dispensing Optician / Optical Assistant to join their high-end practice in Southport on a full or part time basis.

If you are a qualified Dispensing Optician or experienced Optical Assistant to join their successful independent practice in Southport.

The practice prides themselves on providing exceptional patient care at the forefront of everything they do.

You will be working with a variety of high-quality frames, including all the high-end designer brands.

The practice is located in an excellent high street location within Southport, with free parking nearby, offering a relaxed working environment.

You will benefit from a competitive basic salary, bonus scheme and superb work life balance with limited Saturdays required.

Key Duties

• Candidates should enjoy spending extended time with patients, and ensuring they always provide a personalised service
• The position would ideally be a part time role, with a flexible number of days, but full-time applicants will also be considered
• The practice is open Monday to Saturday
• Usual working hours are 9:00am - 17:00pm
• Work with a variety of high-end frames and lenses
• Based in a modern, boutique practice, fitted with state-of-the-art optical equipment
• Have a passion for quality dispensing

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• GOC qualified Dispensing Optician or soon to qualify
• Applications also welcome from experienced Optical Assistants
• Have the right to work in the UK
