Pharmacy Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for a Pharmacist looking to combine patient care with team leadership and commercial involvement.

You'll support and develop the pharmacy team, helping to deliver high standards of patient care, safety and customer service, while contributing to the overall performance of the pharmacy.

The role involves working closely with pharmacists, pharmacy colleagues and locums to maintain GPhC standards and clinical governance, alongside supporting the delivery of pharmacy targets. You'll also benefit from strong regional and central support, with expert advice available across both clinical and operational matters.

Hours of work: Average 44hrs p/w (1 hr off for lunch daily)
Week 1:

• Monday - 9am - 9pm,
• Tuesday - 9am - 9pm,
• Thursday - 9am - 9pm,
• Friday - 9am - 9pm.

Week 2:

• Saturday - 9am - 9pm,
• Monday - 9am - 9pm,
• Tuesday - 9am - 9pm,
• Thursday -9am - 9pm.

Key Duties:

• Manage the day to day running of the branch
• Lead and work collaboratively with the pharmacy team
• Deliver safe and accurate dispensing services
• Provide NHS and private pharmacy services
• Support patients with expert clinical advice and consultations

Package and Benefits:

• Salary (44hrs p/w): £52,500p/a - £65,550p/a (depending on experience)

Essential Requirements:

• MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
