Optical Practice Manager Opportunity - Liverpool - Up to £32k + Bonus.

Full-Time | No Sundays or Late Evenings

A well-established, community-focused independent opticians in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Dispensing Practice Manager to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and capable professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for patient care to play a key role in the smooth running and continued success of the practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the highest standards of dispensing and customer service are maintained in a busy, patient-first environment.

Key Duties

• Dispense high-quality eyewear, offering tailored advice based on patients' needs and prescriptions
• Guide, motivate, and support the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Assist with staff training and resolve dispensing queries confidently
• Oversee stock management, including ordering, inventory control, and liaising with suppliers
• Ensure accurate patient records are maintained and systems are up to date
• Collaborate closely with the resident optometrist to provide seamless, patient-focused care
• Contribute to business development and help shape the future of the practice
