My client is seeking a dedicated Superintendent Pharmacist to lead an independent community pharmacy in partnership with a supportive Director.
This position is based in a single, well-established pharmacy, with key responsibilities shared collaboratively at both operational and strategic levels.
You'll hold professional responsibility for ensuring GPhC compliance and maintaining high standards of clinical care, safety, and service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Superintendent
Pharmacist to shape the future of the pharmacy, develop new services, and support team growth within a community-focused setting.
Full OR Part Time an option (min 3 days)
*Self Employed Basis and option*
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm (30 mins unpaid lunch)
Key Duties
- Lead the professional and clinical operations of the pharmacy in line with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Share overall responsibility for the business with the Director, working together on service development, compliance, and commercial strategy
- Ensure safe and effective dispensing and the ethical sale and supply of medicines
- Foster a strong patient-first culture and maintain a high standard of personalised care
Package and Benefits
- £55,250 - £66,300p/a DOE
- 5 weeks holiday + BH
- Bonus structure to be discussed
- Self Employed Basis an option
Key Skills and Qualifications
- MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
- MUST have GPhC registration
