Salary: £36,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday

My client is seeking a highly motivated and organised Regional Non-Pharmacy Manager to oversee operations across the Midlands region. This role is ideal for someone with strong operational management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage non-pharmacy operations across multiple sites in the Midlands.
Lead, support, and motivate teams to achieve business goals and maintain high standards.
Monitor performance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Implement and drive process improvements across the region.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
Ensure excellent customer service and operational delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience in operational or regional management.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to build positive working relationships across multiple sites.
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
