Full-Time or Part Time

A highly respected and long-established independent optical and hearing care provider is seeking ambitious and patient-focused Optometrists to join their thriving team across Norfolk.

As the largest independent provider in the region, with 13 busy practices, the business is committed to delivering a personalised and exceptional standard of care through the latest innovations and technologies.

Key Duties

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centred eye examinations with a testing time of 3035 minutes
  • Utilise state-of-the-art equipment, including OCT scanners and digital imaging
  • Support and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Dispensing Opticians, Optical Assistants, and Practice Managers
  • Contribute to clinical services such as dry eye clinics, contact lens assessments, post-cataract care, and glaucoma monitoring
  • Maintain GOC standards and company protocols to ensure professional and clinical excellence
  • Build long-term relationships with patients through consistent, expert care and advice

Package and Benefits

  • Salary of between £58,000 and £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Annual performance bonus of up to £10,000
  • 33 days holiday, including bank holidays

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • GOC registered Optometrist
  • Strong clinical knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a busy practice
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Experience or interest in enhanced services (e.g., MECS, OCT, dry eye clinics) is desirable
  • Newly qualified Optometrists are welcome
