As a Multisite Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and support across various pharmacy locations in Wakefield, Harrogate and York (set rota). Working alongside a skilled and dedicated team, you'll help uphold the highest standards of patient safety, customer service, and overall wellbeing.
9am - 6pm Monday - Friday (30 mins unpaid lunch) - 42.5 hrs p/w
Key Duties
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
- Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimise patient care.
- Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory.
- Provide immunization services (where applicable).
- Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products.
- Actively participate in health promotion and public health initiatives.
Package and Benefits
- Salary based on 42.5 hrs p/w
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (Increasing to 32 days with length of service) pro rata
- Option to buy/sell up to 5 days holiday per year

Key Skills and Qualifications
- MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
- MUST have GPhC registration
