Join a growing team in the heart of Harrogate

Prospect Health is part of a group of around 50 people working across three specialist brands, all based from our busy Harrogate office.

It's a lively, social and performance-driven environment. You'll be surrounded by people building recruitment businesses, speaking to candidates and clients, sharing ideas, celebrating wins and helping each other succeed.

That office buzz is a big part of our culture, particularly when you're learning the job. You'll sit alongside experienced recruiters, hear how they handle conversations, learn from what works and get support when you need it.

We also recognise the benefits of flexibility, so you'll have the best of both worlds: three days a week with the team in Harrogate and two days working from home.

The opportunity

You'll join our established UK Veterinary recruitment team, helping veterinary professionals find their next career move and veterinary practices across the UK find the people they need.

You won't be starting from zero. You'll be working within an established market with existing clients, candidates and opportunities, backed by experienced recruiters, marketing, technology and support.

It's a commercial, people-focused career combining relationship building, sales, headhunting and negotiation.
