Role Overview

A rare opportunity to join one of the best family-run independent practices in Norfolk has arisen. They are searching for a confident veterinary surgeon to join their small and exotic animal, first opinion practice situated just north of Norwich. The practice offers an exotics referral service so an interest in exotics work would be beneficial but not essential.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal person for this role will be comfortable with routine surgical procedures and enjoy working as part of a team, building strong relationships with clients. You will benefit from clinical freedom, a diverse caseload, and a supportive environment to develop your career.

Rota

- Mon morning to Sun evening, then enjoy 3 weeks off.

- Take handover at 6.30pm and leave by 8.30am.

- Twilight consultations: 7.00pm-9.30pm with 15-minute slots.

Package and Benefits

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

- 2 years + experience with an interest in Exotics preferred.

- Must have the right to work in the UK.

- RCVS registration required.

- Minimum 12 months UK experience.

- Comfortable working sole charge.

- Must enjoy teamwork and building good relationships with clients.
