An established, fast-growing healthcare business is looking for an ambitious Territory Manager to lead sales and market development in the Surgical Division, focused in Regenerative Medicine across East Midlands, covering into East Anglia, with an ideal base being around Northampton.

Territory Manager Surgical Division

Location: East Midlands

Salary: £35,000 - £48,000

Bonus: £24,000 ote

An established, fast-growing healthcare business is looking for an ambitious Territory Manager to lead sales and market development in the Surgical Division, focused in Regenerative Medicine across East Midlands, covering into East Anglia, with an ideal base being around Northampton.

This role is perfect for a results-driven professional who can combine strong clinical knowledge with exceptional relationship-building skills.

You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and providing procedural and product expertise to surgeons, theatre teams, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

As a trusted representative of the business, you will educate customers, support clinical programs, monitor competitors, and ensure the territory delivers against ambitious sales targets.

What You'll Do:

  • Grow sales and revenue year-on-year through medical device product sales
  • Build strong clinical relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and KOLs
  • Provide product and procedural expertise through field visits, seminars, and case observations
  • Support educational programs to increase safe and effective use of consumables
  • Monitor competitors, gather market intelligence, and develop territory plans
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, clinical meetings, and industry events

About You:

  • Proven experience in medical device sales, ideally surgical products
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and results-focused
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using IT tools for sales reporting
  • Full clean driving licence and willing to travel throughout the territory
