Pharmacist Manager - Mansfield

Full-Time | 4-5 Days per Week | Up to 40 Hours

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead a busy and well-established community pharmacy in Mansfield.

Pharmacy Details

• Dispensing Volume: Approx. 12,000 items per month
• System: Apotech
• Team: 3 Dispensers + 1 Pharmacy Technician
• Opening Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 18:00 (1-hour lunch closure)
- Saturday: 09:00 - 13:00

Role Overview

As the Pharmacist Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
• Ensure safe and efficient dispensing of prescriptions
• Deliver and expand pharmacy services
• Provide excellent patient care and clinical advice
• Support and develop the pharmacy team

Working Pattern

• 4 or 5 days per week (flexible)
• Minimum 1 in 4 Saturdays required
• 40 hours per week contract

Requirements

• GPhC registered Pharmacist
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
