The pharmacy dispenses approximately 21,000 items per month and offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacist looking to take ownership of a well-supported pharmacy, develop NHS services and maximise earning potential through an attractive, uncapped bonus scheme.

The business is flexible and open to discussing different working patterns, whether you are looking for four or five days per week, with the option of additional days for those who would prefer a fuller working week.

You will be joining a well-staffed and established team, including:

The pharmacy benefits from an established team, meaning you will have plenty of support around you to help manage the day-to-day running of the business.

The current owner is only working on-site for a limited number of days each week, with locum cover currently in place while they look to appoint a permanent Pharmacist Manager.

PMR System: Currently ProScript, with a planned transition to Apotec in the future.

Working Hours

The pharmacy operates Monday to Saturday, with a lunchtime closure on selected days.

There is flexibility around how the working week is structured, with the business happy to consider candidates looking for:
  • 4 days per week.
  • 5 days per week.
  • Additional days by mutual agreement.

The exact working pattern can be discussed to suit the successful candidate.

What Makes This Opportunity Attractive?

  • Approximately 21,000 items per month.
  • Excellent staffing structure with experienced ACTs, ACPTs and dispensers.
  • A supportive environment with an established team.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • Very lucrative, uncapped bonus scheme linked to pharmacy services.
  • Opportunity to develop and grow NHS services.
  • Scope to make the role your own and have a real impact on the pharmacy's performance.

The Ideal Candidate

We are keen to speak with GPhC-registered Pharmacists who are looking for a permanent opportunity within community pharmacy.

You may already be an established Pharmacy Manager or an experienced Pharmacist ready to take the next step into management.

We are particularly interested in individuals who enjoy developing pharmacy services, supporting their team and taking an active role in the commercial and operational success of a pharmacy.
