Key Duties:
- Advanced knowledge and experience in oral surgical procedures and complex case management
- Expertise in dentoalveolar surgery, including complex extractions and impacted teeth management
- Experience with implant surgery and surgical treatment planning
- Ability to diagnose, assess, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for complex oral conditions
- Strong clinical decision-making skills with a focus on patient-centred care
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with referring dentists and multidisciplinary teams
Package & Benefits:
- Earning potential between NZD$250,000 to NZD$350,000
- 40% commission on monthly sales revenue.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine.
- Hold unrestricted APC registration and professional indemnity insurance.
- Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
- Growth-mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with both patients and your support team.
- Qualified and experienced Oral Surgeon
- Registered (or eligible for registration) to practise in New Zealand
- Confident managing complex oral surgical procedures
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes
- A collaborative clinician who enjoys working as part of a wider dental team
