The Role

As a Sales Representative Joint Replacement, you will take ownership of a key territory across South East Scotland. You will build meaningful partnerships with surgeons, healthcare professionals and hospital teams, bringing life-changing orthopaedic solutions to patients every day.

Your mission is to grow market share, exceed ambitious sales goals and represent a brand trusted by the medical community for its quality, performance and outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Drive growth by developing and executing a strategic plan to outperform the market and capture new business opportunities
  • Lead in theatre by providing technical expertise and training during surgical procedures, supporting healthcare teams to deliver best-in-class results
  • Build relationships with clinicians and decision-makers at every level, creating long-term partnerships built on trust and value
  • Become a product expert through structured training and ongoing professional development
  • Collaborate with colleagues across divisions to deliver integrated solutions that improve patient outcomes

What You Will Bring

  • A minimum of 2 years' sales experience, ideally within the medical field (orthopaedics is a plus)
  • Proven track record in achieving and surpassing targets
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of healthcare systems
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
  • Energy, integrity and an unwavering drive to succeed
