A lovely first-opinion practice based is looking for a new Clinical Director in Middleton, Oxfordshire to drive their team forward!

Based in Middleton, Oxfordshire, a lovely first-opinion practice which is looking for a new Clinical Director to lead their team of four vets who have a range of experience, four RVNs, and a large team of admin and support staff including the Practice Manager. Previous managerial experience is not required, just the drive to lead their team forward and maintain and build on their excellent culture, with leadership and management courses being encouraged!

Key Duties

• Full-time is a 4 day week (0830-1800), but they can be flexible with this.
• 1/3 Saturday Mornings.
• No OOH.

Package and Benefits

• Salary up to £76,000.
• £1250 CPD allowance (will go beyond in supporting certificates)
