This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing pharmacy group that is currently expanding across multiple locations throughout Wales.

As the Pharmacist/IP Pharmacist Manager, you'll lead a well-established and supportive team in a beautiful building, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the branch.

You'll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality healthcare services to the local community, with the opportunity to provide specialist services such as:

• Weight management programmes
• Cryotherapy
• Earwax removal
• And other patient-facing clinical services
• Average: 7,500 items
• Monday Friday: 9:00am 1:00pm / 2:00pm 6pm, alternate Saturdays 9am-12pm. Av Hours 41.5 per week.

Key Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy branch.
• Prescribe medications safely and professionally, ensuring they are suitable, effective, and compliant with current regulations.
• Use clinical expertise to select appropriate therapies, taking into account patient preferences, co-existing conditions, allergies, and current medication.
• Review and monitor patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans where necessary for optimal care.
• Deliver face-to-face services, supporting the pharmacy's growing portfolio of clinical offerings.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• IP Preferred but not essential
• MUST be a qualified Pharmacist with UK experience
