Pharmacist Manager - Community Pharmacy

Working Pattern:

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 13:00 & 14:00 - 17:30
  • Alternate Saturdays: 09:00 - 12:00

Are you a motivated and patient-focused Pharmacist ready to take the next step into a leadership role? This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a well-established, community-focused pharmacy in a desirable coastal location.

We are looking for a Pharmacist Manager to lead a friendly and experienced team, delivering high-quality care while shaping and growing pharmacy services within the local community.

About the Pharmacy

This is a well-organised and relatively low-volume branch, dispensing approximately 5,500-6,500 items per month. The pharmacy benefits from:

  • Robotic dispensing technology (Medipac), allowing more time for patient care and service delivery

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
  • Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred services
  • Support, train, and motivate the pharmacy team
  • Ensure accurate and compliant dispensing
  • Provide expert advice and medication counselling
  • Conduct medication reviews and promote health initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with local healthcare providers
  • Maintain high standards of record-keeping and stock control

What We're Looking For

  • Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC
  • Previous experience in community pharmacy (management experience desirable)
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for patient care and community health
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive, flexible, and positive approach
