We're looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Pharmacist Manager to join our team within a busy, well-established pharmacy that plays a vital role in delivering primary healthcare services to the local community.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of pharmacy services in the area, supported by a strong team and a progressive company culture.
You'll be at the forefront of service innovation, working alongside an experienced team of 5 including an accuracy checking technician, with the full backing of our head office and a network of experienced professionals. Your leadership will be key in developing the team, enhancing patient care, and expanding clinical services such as Pharmacy First Plus (If IP qualified).
- IP qualified preferred however, not essential as IP progression will be offered
- Recently qualified also considered due to the strong support available to help you succeed
- Salary based on 40 hrs p/w (inc. alternate Saturdays)
Key Duties:
- Lead and manage the pharmacy team and the daily running of the branch
- Oversee training and development to ensure exceptional patient care
- Drive service development within the branch
- IP preferred
Package and Benefits:
- Salary from £55,000p/a - £68,000/a (DoE and qualifications)

Essential Requirements:
- MUST ne a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
- MUST have GPhC registration
