My long-standing client is looking for a Pharmacist Manager who wants more than ticking boxes and checking scripts. This is a role for someone who wants to take ownership, shape services, support a close‑knit team and make a meaningful impact in a community that truly values its local healthcare.

Hours of work: Week 1: MonFri • Week 2: Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri + Saturday 9am1pm

Key Duties:

• Lead, mentor and inspire an experienced, supportive team
• Oversee the safe and efficient delivery of NHS and private services
• Drive the development and growth of private clinical services
• Build strong relationships with patients and deliver excellent clinical care
• Contribute to business success through high-quality service and effective team leadership

Package and Benefits:

• Salary Range - £52,000£64,000 depending on IP status
• 34 days holiday per year (includes public holidays)

Essential Requirements:

• MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
