Are you an experienced Pharmacy Manager ready to take the lead within a growing private online pharmacy, with potential future progression to Superintendent Pharmacist?

This innovative client is seeking an experienced and proactive Pharmacy Manager to lead their growing online pharmacy, with the potential opportunity to progress to Superintendent Pharmacist in the future. (ONSITE position).

The pharmacy operates a bespoke electronic prescription platform supporting vetted private healthcare providers, including weight-loss clinics, menopause services and women's and men's health providers.

This is a hands-on management role within a modern, technology‑driven environment that differs significantly from traditional community pharmacy. The successful candidate will be required to take ownership of daily operations, lead and develop the team; and ensure consistently high clinical, operational, and regulatory standards are maintained.

Key Duties:

• Overall responsibility for the safe and efficient day‑to‑day running of the pharmacy
• Drive accountability and performance
• Ensure pharmacy processes are followed effectively and independently
• Manage the electronic prescription workflow from receipt through to dispensing and delivery
• Hands-on clinical checking alongside an ACT as required by workload
• Work closely with directors to support the ongoing growth of the business
• Adapt to evolving technology and ways of working within an online pharmacy environment

Package and Benefits:

• £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
• (Independent Prescriber qualification not required)
• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
• 4 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays
• Potential future appointment as Superintendent Pharmacist for the right candidate
• On-site role

Essential Requirements:

• MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
• MUST have GPhC registration
• Management experience essential
• Health tech experience preferred
