I'm delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Pharmacy Manager to join a growing, independent pharmacy team.

This role will suit a motivated Pharmacy Manager who is eager to support the delivery and development of high-quality pharmacy services within a growing, supportive environment and community. You will work alongside an experienced supervisor and a great team to provide NHS and private services, ensuring excellent standards of patient care and safety while contributing to service improvement and business growth.

They are looking for someone who is passionate about patient-centred care, demonstrates strong leadership, and works effectively both independently and within a team, with a proactive approach to ongoing professional development.

Approx 9,000 items.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm = 42.5 hrs p/w.

(The client would prefer someone comfortable with alternate Saturdays 9am - 3pm with a corresponding weekday off, but would be paid the full 8.5 hrs).

Key Duties:

• Accurately dispense and clinically check prescriptions in line with regulatory and professional standards
• Deliver a wide range of NHS and private pharmacy services
• Provide expert clinical advice and support to patients, promoting safe and effective use of medicines
• Lead and support the pharmacy team in daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high service standards
• Contribute to the development and growth of pharmacy services and business performance

Package and Benefits:

• Salary range from £60,000p/a - £75,000p/a (negotiable depending on experience/IP etc)
• 4 weeks holiday + public holidays

Essential Requirements:

• MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
• MUST have GPhC registration
• No visa sponsorship available
