This role involves managing a highly automated robotic dispensary and overseeing their PillRoll service, which simplifies medication adherence for patients and care homes. Currently delivering an improved Pharmacy 1st services due to technology that syncs patient records to providers, they are keen to be at the forefront of automation and helpful technology, that streamlines service-provision.
With contracts across 20 care homes and new services being introduced; travel vaccinations and weight management, this is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader who embraces technology and process improvement.

Key Duties:
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain strong relationships with GP practices, care homes, and local stakeholders.
- Ensure efficient prescription processing and regulatory compliance.
- Drive innovation and support the rollout of new services.
