My client is looking for a motivated Pharmacy Manager to take the helm of a well established, forward thinking pharmacy.
Dispensing 7,000 - 8,000 items per month, you'll be supported by an automation robot and Titan PMR, giving you more time to focus on patients, leadership, and clinical excellence.
Experience is preferred (ideally 2+ years) but not essential, as full training and support will be given.
Independent Prescriber status is not required, though IPs will receive additional financial uplift.
*Scottish experience not essential,

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am 5:30pm (30 minute paid break) = 42.5 hours per week

- Provide strong leadership and ensure safe, effective pharmacy operations
- Drive clinical services and champion patient?focused care
- Manage and develop the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding results
- Oversee stock, workflow, and regulatory compliance
Package and Benefits:
- Salary: From £60,000 p/a - £70,000 p/a (negotiable based on experience)
- IP Supplement: Additional monthly remuneration
- Holiday Entitlement: 5.6 weeks annual leave + 10 public holidays
- Experience: Ideally 2+ years, but not essential - NQ welcomed
- Additional: Visa sponsorship available
Essential Requirements:
- MUST be a Qualified Pharmacist in the UK
- MUST have GPhC registration
