The pharmacy benefits from a strong staffing structure, excellent operational support and innovative dispensing processes. A large proportion of the pharmacy's dosette box workload is dispensed robotically off-site, significantly reducing the checking burden and allowing more time to focus on patient care and service delivery.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
Alternate Saturday shifts 9:00am to 1:00pm preferred
Key Duties:
- Oversee the safe and efficient day-to-day running of the pharmacy.
- Provide excellent patient care and pharmacy services to the local community.
- Lead, support and develop a well-established team consisting of three full-time dispensers, one part-time dispenser and two part-time drivers.
- Manage and maintain relationships with two local Care Homes supplied by the pharmacy.
Package and Benefits:
- £58,000 - £62,000p/a
- 28 days' holiday plus bank holidays

Essential:
- MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
- MUST be registered with the GPhC
- Visa Sponsorship potentially available for the right candidate
