My client is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to take the lead in a modern, well-established branch situated in a friendly residential area with great local amenities. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a growing, people-focused independent pharmacy group that genuinely prioritises the wellbeing of its team and its patients.

This is a compact, easily accessible site with plenty of nearby parking. In this role, you'll oversee the daily running of the branch, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained.

If you're an Independent Prescriber, you'll also benefit from an enhanced salary (not advertised).

You'll have the autonomy to make a difference, backed by a 2nd FT Pharmacist and an experienced team.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.30pm (1hr unpaid lunch). 1:2 Saturdays 9am - 12pm. Av. 42.75 hrs p/w

Key Duties:

• Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver outstanding service
• Oversee the safe sourcing and supply of medicines
• Provide vaccinations and immunisations
• Ensure patients receive accurate prescriptions and expert guidance

Package and Benefits:

• Salary range based on 42.75 hours per week, dependent on experience
• Additional pay for Independent Prescribers
• 4 weeks' annual leave + bank holidays (negotiable)
• GPhC fees paid

Essential Requirements:

• Must be a qualified UK Pharmacist
• Must hold active GPhC registration
