Regional Sales Manager / Africa

Our client is a global provider of cutting-edge radiotherapy solutions, with a strong focus on brachytherapy for the treatment of cancer. Operating across 80+ countries, the company combines German engineering, a deep commitment to innovation, and a highly customer-focused mindset. As part of its continued global expansion, our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Africa to drive sales efforts, develop strategic partnerships, and support healthcare professionals across the continent.

Key Duties

  • Lead and coordinate all sales and marketing activities within the African region
  • Identify and cultivate business opportunities through direct customer engagement and distributor management
  • Deliver compelling presentations to customers, distributors, and healthcare professionals
  • Manage tender processes and oversee the initiation and closing of customer orders
  • Organize and participate in conferences, exhibitions, and training events
  • Maintain sales statistics, provide forecasts, and monitor regional market and competitor developments
  • Support new customers during the onboarding and training phase in cooperation with the back-office team

Package and Benefits

  • Total package up to $45,000.-

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track record in medical device sales, ideally in radiotherapy or oncology
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written); additional languages a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable with a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent organizational and PC skills (MS Office)
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the African region
  • Valid driver's license
