As part of its continued global expansion, our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Africa to drive sales efforts, develop strategic partnerships, and support healthcare professionals across the continent.
Key Duties
- Lead and coordinate all sales and marketing activities within the African region
- Identify and cultivate business opportunities through direct customer engagement and distributor management
- Deliver compelling presentations to customers, distributors, and healthcare professionals
- Manage tender processes and oversee the initiation and closing of customer orders
- Organize and participate in conferences, exhibitions, and training events
- Maintain sales statistics, provide forecasts, and monitor regional market and competitor developments
- Support new customers during the onboarding and training phase in cooperation with the back-office team
Package and Benefits
- Total package up to $45,000.-
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
- Proven track record in medical device sales, ideally in radiotherapy or oncology
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written); additional languages a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable with a hands-on mentality
- Excellent organizational and PC skills (MS Office)
- Willingness to travel extensively across the African region
- Valid driver's license
