A leading global MedTech company is seeking an accomplished and people-focused commercial leader to take responsibility for its Surgical capital equipment business across the Nordic region (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland (distributor).
This is a high-impact regional leadership role, combining strategic ownership with hands-on commercial execution. The successful candidate will lead a team of 7 sales professionals, accelerate sustainable growth, and further strengthen the organisation's position as a trusted partner to hospitals and healthcare professionals across the Nordics.
The Opportunity
Operating at the intersection of innovation, safety and efficiency, the organisation's Surgical capital equipment portfolio supports hospitals in improving operating room safety, optimising workflows and reducing environmental impact. The portfolio includes market-leading solutions addressing surgical waste management and surgical smoke evacuation, delivering tangible benefits to both clinicians and healthcare systems.
As Regional Sales Manager, you will shape the regional strategy, develop talent, and drive consistent execution across markets at different stages of maturity. You will work closely with customers, key opinion leaders and internal stakeholders to expand adoption of current solutions while preparing the organisation for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing Nordic sales organisation, building a strong culture of accountability, collaboration and performance
- Own the regional commercial strategy, translating business objectives into clear, actionable country and team plans
- Deliver against quarterly and annual targets, with full accountability for revenue, pipeline quality and forecasting accuracy
- Drive complex capital equipment sales cycles, alongside recurring revenue streams and long-term customer partnerships
- Personally support key negotiations, major tenders and strategic customer engagements
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with hospital decision-makers, influencers and KOLs across the region
- Identify market trends, growth opportunities and white-space potential, taking a proactive and creative approach to business development
- Collaborate closely with internal enabling functions (contracts & pricing, compliance, finance, customer service) to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience
Candidate Profile
Essential experience
- Proven commercial experience with direct leadership within MedTech, healthcare Or life science markets.
- Proven people leadership track record, with demonstrated success building, coaching and performance-managing sales teams
- Strong exposure to capital equipment sales and complex, consultative selling environments
- Experience driving results across a multi-country or geographically dispersed region
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and planning capability
- Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language
- Willingness to travel across the region
Desirable experience
- Background in innovative, disruptive or market-creating technologies
- Exposure to sustainability-driven solutions or value-based selling models
- Experience working within matrix or international organisations
